Assisted Living at Chapel View
What is assisted living at Chapel View? A carefree, active senior lifestyle enhanced with the personal care and health care you need to maintain your independence. You’ll enjoy a gracious, private apartment ready for you to furnish as you wish. Housekeeping and linen laundering can be done for you along with building maintenance. Leave the day-to-day chores to us and you’ll have more time for your interests and the people you love!
Every day, you can choose from a variety of social opportunities, events, entertainment, Bible studies, classes and more, chosen by the people who live here and directed by our activity professionals. Exercise classes may help improve your strength, balance and mobility. Trips to local restaurants and attractions are planned and our transportation will take you there.
You’ll have a full kitchen, but there is no need to cook. Delicious meals are made available three times daily and professionally served in our elegant dining room!

The monthly apartment rental fee includes the following:
- Choices in studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment homes
- Private bath with grab bars and walk-in shower
- Full–size kitchen or kitchenette
- Washer and dryer on site
- Individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning)
- Basic Wi-Fi throughout community
- All utilities except private landline phone service
- Cable television service includes over 60 channels
- Scheduled social, spiritual, recreational, educational and wellness programs
- Blinds on all windows
- Daily snacks and beverages available
Base Health Care Service Level
$865 per month fee
- Initial health care assessment with individualized care plan
- Personal care staff on duty 24 hours per day
- Two emergency pull cords in each apartment with 24 hour response
- Monthly vital sign management, reviewed by nursing staff
- Every other week light housekeeping services and linen change
- Assistance with transportation scheduling as needed

The assurance of a continuum of care
Should you ever have an injury or illness, outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy is available at the Health Center, connected next door. The Health Center also provides 24-hour skilled nursing care for rehabilitation and long-term care, if your health needs change.
