Chapel View offers well-appointed apartment choices to fit your lifestyle. You’ll love your kitchen with full-size appliances, ample closet space, individual climate controls, large windows and bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars. All property taxes, all utilities except phone, satellite television and wireless internet are included in your monthly rent.

Amenities and services available for additional fees include telephone service, underground heated parking and meal delivery. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with menu choices are available and prepared each day and professionally served in our elegant dining room. There are daily snacks and beverages. A beauty salon/barber is on site offering professional services for women and men. On-site medical care is delivered through Park Nicollet Community Senior Care and Genevive, primary care providers specializing in senior health. Home care services can include medication management and personal care assistance. Outpatient therapy services are available next door at the Health Center.

You’ll find a variety of choices to enjoy a full life in our amenity-rich, hospitality-focused living community. Daily exercise classes can help improve balance, strength and mobility. A weekly Bible study is taught by our staff chaplain who also offers individual spiritual care for residents and staff members. Outdoors are walking paths, gardens plus a sensory garden. Social opportunities include events, entertainment, parties and educational seminars. Trips for shopping, restaurant visits or attractions are planned and transportation in our mini-bus will take you there. You can be as busy as you like; the choices are yours.

Studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans are offered in the size to fit your lifestyle. This includes a walk-in shower with grab bars and a shower chair. Emergency pull cords are in the bath and bedroom. We offer a full-size kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. There is a washer and dryer on site. All utilities are included except private landline phone service, including cable television with over 60 channels and basic Wi-Fi throughout the community. Blinds are on all widows and there are individual climate controls (heat and air conditioning) in each apartment home.
